As a half of the evaluation, AIR developed a set of survey knowledge collection methods and a site-based data collection technique. This research examined NAEP testing circumstances in schools and investigated whether being assessed in less than optimum testing circumstances is related to lower pupil achievement on the assessments. This brief explains how the two faculty districts in the Fresno-Long Beach Learning Partnership are building a multifaceted approach to monitoring the progress of their college students and their methods.

Key inclusive strategies embrace unified sports, inclusive youth leadership, and whole-school consciousness and engagement.
